Ruger super blackhawk

This one I took in on a trade 5 years ago and fired it once. It is in great shape and fired very well and was more acccurate than p89 ruger bearcat . I did adjust the sights ( which are adjustable) and was very pleased with the groups it shot. It has very slight wear near the end of the barrel but small Ruger super blackhawk, Cylinder looks great.

AR-15

Firing controls on the Type 21 Rifle will be familiar to anyone acquainted with the standard AR-15 type rifle. A shell deflector keeps hot brass away from the shooter’s face. The magazine release button, Carbon Fiber charging handle and takedown and pivot pins are all in standard AR-15 positions. For additional safety, the Safety Selector Lever markings are color-coded on both sides of the Lower Receiver to quickly determine the firing status of the rifle.

I’m picking up a Smith Wesson model 41 this weekend and was wondering what brand of ammo works well? I’ve got some Remington standard velocity target and some Dynamit Nobel 22 target I was using in an Anschutz rifle. Just wondering what worked well for 39 model smith wesson.

colt model 1911

I want to make something happen. I always try to be fair in my dealing. I understand FN is no longer going to import the Colt 1908 ; take that for what it’s worth in the effect on 380 colt government mustang .

Well I think I lost it. I offered to buy a 1911 colt development government model model sight unseen the other day. The price seemed right so what the hell. Well the gentleman showed up with it and I bought it. I have to say I’m not a fan of nickle plating but it’s growing on me.
I can’t figure out the barrel set up. The barrel sticks out the front a half inch? It looks like a bull barrel with no bushing. The guide rod is a full length onecolt officer model

Beretta 92 FS

AR15 Upper

That s it for tools! Now here are the step-by-step instructions:

1. Remove the upper from the rifle. Remove the AR15 Upper. Using the instructions listed in the above posts, remove the barrel from the upper receiver. (you dont have to fully remove the barrel…. just the barrel nut/delta ring assembly, and you could leave the gas tube in the FSB) We will be assuming a full dis-assembly for this guide) You MUST remove any type of muzzle device first…. flash hider, muzzle brake, etc… If these are permanently mounted, then they will have to be removed. Depending on their method of attachment, it may be adviseable to have a competent gunsmith remove them and reinstall them.

Now we need to remove the FSB (front sight base) from the barrel. The pins in the FSB are typically tapered. This means they can only be removed one way. (I am told that RRA and LMT use straight pins, not tapered, so those should be even easier) Look on both sides of the FSB and determine which side of the pins is the SMALLER end. It should be the left side, and we will be knocking the pins out from left to right. NOTE - Stag Arms has been shipping uppers with FSB taper pins on the opposite side of most uppers - so be sure to examine your FSB!

Smith Wesson k frame

Wrap the sanding film around a large rubber eraser as a sanding block, and sand the scratches out, being careful to keep sharp edges sharp, and flats ripple-free.
Work down through the grits to the finer grades.
Sand slowly, and do NOT use any power equipment, since high speed abrasion will actually melt the plastic and marr it worse.

To finish up and blend everything together, you can bead blast, BUT you have to use a finer grit media and run the frame grip k smith wesson WAY down.
I recommend experimenting on scrap plastic to determine what kind of pressure you need.
The idea is to blend the the frame finish and make the sanded areas blend in, not give the plastic a rough finish.
Be warned, that unlike metals, bead blasting can remove significant plastic VERY quickly.

Often an acceptable substitute for bead blasting is to use a paste of Barkeeper’s Friend or Comet cleansing powder.
Make up a paste of powder and water, then “scrub” the plastic with a clean toothbrush to give the plastic a matte finish.
This can also be used to blend and flatten stainless steel after scratch removal with Scotchbrite pads.
